General Terms and Conditions Digital Products

Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the use and purchase of downloadable digital products (“DDP”) from TerraLou.com (“Seller”). TerraLou is a trade name of ValentinaBrentersPhotography. By purchasing and downloading the DDP, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read the terms carefully before installing the DDP.

License

Upon purchase, the Seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DDP for personal or professional use. The license is limited to a single user and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

Payment and Pricing

All payments for the DDP are processed securely through the Seller’s chosen payment gateway. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Seller, and any such changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

Purchase and Delivery

The DDP are delivered as a downloadable file upon completion of the purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the compatibility of the DDP with your software. The Seller is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the installation process.

Installation, usage and Acceptance

By installing and using the DDP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these GTC. The DDP are only intended for use by the paying customer and must not be shared, resold, or distributed.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, no returns or refunds are applicable once the DDP have been purchased and downloaded. It is your responsibility to ensure the compatibility and suitability of the DDP for your needs before making a purchase.

Intellectual Property

The DDP and all associated content, including but not limited to instructions and promotional materials, are the intellectual property of the Seller and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the DDP is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Seller’s website.

Modification of Terms

Governing Law

These GTC are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Seller’s jurisdiction (The Netherlands). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Netherlands.

By purchasing and downloading the DDP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these GTC. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with the installation of the DDP.
